Jill Tidman has led The Redford Center since 2012, advancing environmental solutions through the power of stories that move. She has produced three award-winning documentaries and impact campaigns and has raised millions of dollars for environmentally engaged artists and film projects that serve as powerful education and activation tools.

Conor Schlosser is a producer and serves as Board Chair of The Redford Center, and is one of the late Robert Redford’s grandsons. He currently works in development and production at RadicalMedia, a company that produces award winning content for film, television, digital platforms, immersive experiences, and events.

Sara Dosa is an Oscar-nominated nonfiction filmmaker whose work centers on the human relationship with more-than-human nature. Her latest film, Time and Water (2026), is premiering at the Sundance Film Festival. Other films that she has directed include Fire of Love (2022), The Seer & The Unseen (2019), and The Last Season (2015).

Daniel Hinerfeld is a two-time Emmy-winning filmmaker and journalist. He founded NRDC’s documentary film unit and co-founded and directs Rewrite the Future, NRDC’s initiative to support representation of the environmental crisis in entertainment. Daniel previously worked as a reporter, producer, and senior editor at NPR.
